How we rank detailers
This page explains the order in which detailers appear and why. The order is neither random nor personalised: everyone sees the same list.
- 01
Sponsored placement
Detailers on a Business subscription appear at the top and carry a "Sponsored" label. They pay for that position. The label is always shown alongside the listing.
- 02
Rating and number of reviews
After that we sort by average rating. Where ratings are equal, the detailer with more reviews ranks higher, because that average rests on more experiences.
- 03
Who can appear in the list
Only verified detailers appear, and only if they have entered a city and offer at least one active service. Paused and deleted profiles are not shown.
A sponsored position affects the order only. Ratings and reviews are never altered or removed at a detailer’s request.
